Meet the Team

Graduating from Honors Beauty College in 2004, Kate spent the next 4 years working as a freelance makeup artist for several major brands and day spas in the greater Indianapolis area. During this time, she became the first Certified Xtreme Lash Stylist in the Midwest. In 2008, Kate opened her own lash studio - RogueLash by Kate.  It wasn’t long before she was recruited by Xtreme Lashes to become a corporate trainer. Hustling between training and her own business, Kate decided to focus strictly on her business and left Xtreme Lashes in 2016. Still committed to being on the forefront of the beauty industry, she became certified in both Europe and the U.S for Microblading. Later, she renamed her business to Lash & Brow Design Co. to better identify with her clientele. Kate now leads an incredible team of women working to beautify Indianapolis through Microblading, eyelash extensions and other permanent makeup services.  

Brooklyn went to school for beauty to acquire an esthetics license and become a makeup artist. Experience in the makeup field led her to permanent makeup. Her favorite part of being a Permanent Makeup Artist is that she is able to be creative at work while also enhancing someone's natural beauty. Brooklyn's favorite service to preform is a Powder Brow, which is a permanent makeup procedure for the brow area. Brooklyn's favorite products are the Nutrafol hair vitamins. Her favorite part about being a team member at Lash & Brow is the supportive atmosphere and the encouragement to continue growing as a person as well as an artist. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with the people she cares about, trying new restaurants, hiking and listening to music.

Macy went to school for beauty primarily to focus on learning lash extensions. After high school she immediately went to beauty school and dove straight into the industry. Her favorite part about being a Lash Artist is doing tedious work and her favorite service to perform is any type of full set of lashes! Macy loves seeing the difference extensions make for her clients. Her favorite product is definitely the Revitalash. She believes it has made a huge difference in her client's lashes. Macy loves being an artist at Lash & Brow because the company has given her so many great opportunities. In Macy's spare time she loves shopping, being with her family and making TikTok's.

Peyton knew she wanted to go to beauty school since she was a little girl. She remembers going to the salon and helping her cousin and doing her mother's hair at home. Peyton finished  her beauty program during her senior year of high school and jumped straight into her career as a hair stylist. Her favorite part of being a lash artist is the ability to change the look of someone's eyes and her favorite service to provide is the Keratin Lash Infusion. Peyton loves doing this service because it enhances natural beauty while promoting healthy lash growth. Her favorite product we have is Revitalash, which is a lash growth serum. She loves being a Lash Artist at Lash & Brow because the whole team is super supportive and helpful. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, as well as traveling and exploring.

Mona joined the team after learning about how Lash & Brow continues to support women while giving back to the community. She studies Criminal Justice & Criminology as she has been passionate about the criminal justice system since a young girl growing up watching Law & Order and NCIS. She has always been involved in community service and loves helping others. Mona works to ensure all guests who come through our doors feel comfortable and loved. Her favorite part about working here is being able to see guests leave their worries at the door and leave feeling beautiful, knowing she had a part in creating an amazing experience for each person. Mona's favorite product is the Revitalash lash and brow growth serums as she struggled with sparse brow tails and lashes. She also enjoys spending time with her Siberian Husky.
