Deposits & Satisfaction Statement

Why do I need to have a card on file?

​

It is our salon policy that our guests have a valid card on file. When booking with our salon, you are responsible for any cancellation fees incurred for cancelling an appointment and/or missing an appointment. Because our artists are reserving that time to pamper you, missing any appointment takes away from the time our artists had and from guests who would have loved to have that appointment.

Why do I need to make a deposit for an appointment?

Some services that we provide can range from 1 - 3 hours for the appointment. This means that we are reserving a longer amount of time to perform a service and when an appointment like that is canceled or rescheduled, it is time that another guest could have booked for. We want to respect each and every one of our guests' time as we understand how valuable your time is. That is why we require a deposit for certain appointments. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Our 72 Hour Guarantee for Lash Extensions

Within the first 72 hours of your lash appointment, whether it is a full set or a fill, if you lose lashes we want to know! If you have lost lashes and there is not a natural lash attached to it within the first 72 hours, we want to know so we can make it right. 75% of retention is on the artist 25% is on the client. There are a few things we need to make sure you are doing.

-  Do you have our lash cleanser and are you using it every night after the first 24 hours? Even if you are not wearing makeup you still create oil on your eyelids and we don't want that to affect your lashes.
-  Did you keep them dry and makeup free the first 24 hours?
-  Are you using or wearing any makeup or face products with oil?

Lastly, we ask that if you lose any lashes in the first 72 hours to bring them to us so we can look at them to see if a natural lash is attached to them. You can bring them in a plastic baggie. We value you supporting our small business and want you to know that your time and resources are important and want you to feel you are getting your money's worth!

I want to book for a full set of lash extensions/keratin lash infusion

For a full set of lash extensions, you will need to first have a consultation (complimentary) with one of our lash artists before any full set of lash extensions can be booked. Our Keratin Lash Infusion and our Full Set of Lash Extensions require a deposit of $50 - this deposit will be applied at checkout. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

I want to book a permanent makeup appointment but there are two types of artists?

We indeed have two permanent makeup artists. Our Advanced and Master artist have different pricing for their services and the deposit required will differ. To book with our Advanced artist, we require a deposit of $200. Our Master artist requires a deposit of $400 for their services. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

I'm not happy/satisfied with my service. What can be done about this?

​

We strive to provide an amazing experience and service for all guests who walk through our door. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, we would like you to reach out to us within 48 hours after your original appointment time so we may set up a complimentary appointment to make it right by you! If we are not contacted within this time frame, we unfortunately cannot provide the appointment due to scheduling restrictions.

Why do I need a consultation for permanent makeup/lash extensions?

We place great importance on ensuring we know exactly what you are looking for and making sure that we can discuss your expectations. What one considers natural may be dramatic to someone else. This is why a consultation is vital to knowing what you are wanting! Our artists spend the time to discuss the procedure with you and what would look best on you by assessing your facial features. This is why we require consultations so that both you and your artist can walk into the actual service knowing exactly what to expect and what is the desired look!

Late & Cancellation Policy

I'm running late to my appointment. What should I do?

​

Immediately give us a call if you are running late to your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to let the artist you were scheduled with know, as well as to see if we may potentially have an opening for a later time in the day. Keep in mind that this is not always possible. Due to scheduling restrictions, you will have to be rescheduled for any appointments that are for a 15 minute service (i.e., brow wax, lash tint, brow tint, etc.) as there will not be enough time to provide you with the best service we can.

 

Lash Extensions
By arriving late, you acknowledge that your lash artist will have less time to provide you with exceptional service and that your lashes may not be as full as they could be. You may have to book an additional fill to receive your desired look.

Keratin Lash Infusion
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and half of the service charge will be processed.

I need to cancel my appointment. How can I let you know?

We can be reached via email, text message, and phone at 317-800-2958. You can also send us a contact submission through our website. As long as it is before 24 hours of the appointment time you will not be charged for cancelling if we have received a message/voicemail. If you are opted-in for text messages, you can also respond to the message sent following the prompt to request to reschedule!

I need to cancel my appointment. How can I let you know?

I have an appointment today but need to cancel it. What should I do?

​

Please give us a call or send us a text message if you must cancel your appointment. This would be considered a same-day cancellation. If you cancel your appointment the day of, we will charge 100% of the service price for the appointment. We understand that things happen and we always extend a One Time Grace for an appointment that has to be cancelled, but after that One Time Grace has been applied to an appointment, going forward we go off of our cancellation policy.

What happens if I "No Call No Show" on the day of my appointment?

​

We always attempt to reach out to any guests via phone call and text message if they have missed their appointment time by 5 minutes. Depending on the service, if you are more than 15 minutes late we would need to reschedule the appointment. A "No Call No Show" though, would result in charging 100% of the service price for the appointment.

In some circumstances, if you do not have a card on file, you will have an outstanding balance on your account. In order to book an appointment with us, the outstanding balance must be paid in full.

What if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours of my appointment time?

We understand things happen. We do extend a One Time Grace  for any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or on the same day due to extenuating circumstances. If any appointments after a One Time Grace has been applied are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will charge 50% of the service price. Consistent cancellations may require you to prepay for all appointments going forward.

What happens if I cancel my Permanent Makeup appointment?

If your appointment is canceled within 72 hours, you will have to provide a new deposit to book a future appointment.

What if I cancel/reschedule my touch-up appointment for permanent makeup?

​

If the complimentary touch-up is canceled within 72 hours or re-scheduled to a date after the 6-8 week timeframe, the complimentary touch-up will no longer be redeemable and a full touchup must be booked if desired.

Lash Extensions

I want to book for a full set/lash fill but I can't do that online. Why?

​

We no longer offer online booking for any lash extension appointments. This is due to our requirement for a lash consultation to be done prior to a full set of lash extensions or for a lash fill if you are coming from a different salon. You are able to book for a lash consult online and after your consultation, we will be able to get you scheduled for your full set of lash extensions and lash fill! We recommend booking ahead for your lash fills especially if you have a specific day/time during the week you are available and our front desk would be more than happy to assist you with this.

I got my lashes done somewhere else. Can you do a lash fill for me?

​

All fills done from a different salon (foreign fills) require a lash consultation to give our lash artists a chance to see your current lashes. If they were applied incorrectly, we will have to remove the lashes at an additional cost and book you for a full set. If there are no issues with the lashes, we can book you for the fill most appropriate for your needs!

How do I schedule my lash fills?

​

We always asks our guests prior to leaving the salon if they would like to book their next appointment for their fill. We also have guests who book three months out to ensure they get the time they want. This is what we recommend for our lash guests. If you decline to have your appointment rebooked, it becomes your responsibility to call to get in for your lash refill.

If it has been 4 weeks since your last lash fill, you will need to book for a full set.

My full set is booked but I want to change the type of lashes (Classic/Hybrid/Volume) the day of my appointment. Can I do that?

No, this is not something we offer. This is why your lash consultations are essential so you have the opportunity to tell your artist what your desired look and style is. By booking the full set appointment, you have confirmed that the style you discussed with your artist is the style you want. Our lash styles vary in the amount of time they take for an appointment. Our Classic lashes will be the shortest appointment time at 2 hours of our three styles as our Hybrid and Volume lashes take 3 hours.

Why do I need to get my lashes filled no later than 3 weeks after my last appointment?

​

The reason why it is essential to maintain a consistent fill schedule is because that is the only way to maintain your lashes to look their best. The longer you go without a fill, the more at risk you are of barely having any lash extensions attached. We highly encourage you to book out your fill appointments to ensure you are on a consistent schedule and if you have to go 3 weeks before your next appointment, we strictly enforce booking for a longer appointment.

This is to ensure your artist has more time to get your lashes filled. While you may look at your lashes and believe it still looks filled, some (if not most) of your natural lashes have grown and that means our artists will need to remove the outgrown lash extensions to place new ones down. This helps to keep the consistency of your lash look! Going past 3 weeks means you will be booked for a full set and we would prefer to keep that from happening. The consultations are vital to understand the commitment that comes with maintaining your lashes. If you are unable to realistically come in every 2 weeks or 3 weeks, we can always discuss other alternative options outside of lash extensions to better suit your lifestyle!

Points System

What is the points system?

​

Our point system is a way of rewarding you for being a client of ours! You can rack up points in a variety of ways from booking a service with us, referring someone, and even booking ahead of time! For every 1,000 points = $1 and the value of your points are kept on your account. You can redeem your points at any time but they cannot be combined with discounts (birthday, referral, special monthly promotion, etc.) and they expire after a year. Using your points to purchase retail or to go towards your total for your appointment are ways you can use your points!

What happens if I cancel/reschedule my pre-booked appointment?

​

The points you would have gained from checking out for that pre-booked appointment will no longer be available to you as our booking system automatically removes any pending points you would receive for doing so. We highly encourage you to pre-book to secure the time and date that best fits your schedule. If you need to head home to take a look at your schedule and give us a call later, that's totally okay! As long as you call back the same day before we close, you will still be eligible for the points for pre-booking the same day.
