This is why we are very transparent about the expectations we have for our guests and want to respect your time as that is so valuable.

Please keep your phone on silent

We want our salon to be a relaxing and quiet environment for all to enjoy. We would appreciate if phone calls are wrapped up prior to entering the salon and that your phone is silenced during your appointment. Let's be courteous to those in the salon who just want a break from reality and the demands of the world!

Permanent Makeup

Advanced Artist

Deposit of $200 required for booking any permanent makeup with an Advanced artist

Master Artist

Deposit of $400 required for booking any permanent makeup with a Master Artist

Other Services

Keratin Lash Infusions and Lash Extension Full Sets require a deposit of $50 for booking. The deposit will be applied to your total on the day of your appointment.

Please keep in mind that online booking through our booking servicer requires the full amount to be prepaid for services that are not listed above.

All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and to our cancellation policy in its entirety. All guests are expected to arrive promptly for their appointment or reach out to us regarding any delay or cancellation.

I need to cancel my appointment, how can I let you know?

We can be reached via email, text message, and phone at 317-800-2958. You can also send us a contact submission through our website. As long as it is before 24 hours of the appointment time you will not be charged for cancelling if we have received a message/voicemail. If you are opted-in for text messages, you can also respond to the message sent following the prompt to request to reschedule!

What happens if I cancel my Permanent Makeup appointment?

If your appointment is canceled within 72 hours, you will have to provide a new deposit to book a future appointment.

What if I cancel my touch-up appointment for permanent makeup?
If the complimentary touch-up is cancelled within 72 hours, the complimentary touch-up will no longer be redeemable and a full touch-up must be booked if desired.

What if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours of my appointment time?

We understand things happen. We do extend a One Time Grace Period for any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours or on the same day due to extenuating circumstances. If any appointments after a One Time Grace been applied has been canceled, we will charge 50% of the service price. Consistent cancelations may require you to prepay for all appointments going forward.

What happens if I "No Call No Show" on the day of my appointment?

We always attempt to reach out to any guests via phone call and text message if they have missed their appointment time by 5 minutes. Depending on the service, if you are more than 15 minutes late we would need to reschedule the appointment. A No Call No Show though, would result in charging 100% of the service price for the appointment.

We strive to provide an amazing experience and service for all guests who walk through our door. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, we would like you to reach out to us within 48 hours after your original appointment time so we may set up a complimentary appointment to make it right by you! If we are not contacted within this timeframe, we unfortunately cannot provide a complimentary appointment due to scheduling restrictions. Please reach out to us via phone, email, and/or text explaining what you are dissatisfied about.

I got my lashes done somewhere else - can you do a lash fill for me?

All fills done from a different salon (foreign fills) require a lash consultation to give our lash artists a chance to see your current lashes. If they were applied incorrectly, we will have to remove the lashes at your expense and book you for a full set. If there are no issues with the lashes, we can book you for the fill most appropriate for your needs!

Will you schedule out all my lash fills after I have gotten my full set?

We always asks our guests prior to leaving the salon if they would like to book their next appointment for their fill. We also have guests who book three months out to ensure they get the time they want. This is what we recommend for our lash guests. If you decline to have your appointment rebooked, it becomes your responsibility to call.

If it has been 4 weeks since your last lash fill, you will need to book a full set.
